NCI titles Unique Homes, Ultimate Homes, New Home Finder, The Real Estate Book, and titles in the Home Design and Improvement area such as Atlanta Home & Lifestyles, among others, showcase the best and most comprehensive collection of homes and estates, while introducing readers to top real estate professionals and their properties. Advertising luxury listings in these publications allows for the advertiser to reach the most affluent, qualified luxury homebuyer. "Over 45,000 advertisers a month turn to NCI publications as a reliable marketing tool to target the right homebuyers" said Glenn Goad, NCI executive vice president, Consumer Strategy. "By combining the reach and credibility of NCI with that of The New York Times Great Homes luxury site, we will be able to offer our advertisers even more opportunity to generate quality leads. It’s a win-win for our advertisers and for those shopping for a luxury home."

Luxury listings from outside the tri-state area of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut will also be included in the core property search on the NYTimes.com real estate site (nytimes.com/realestate).
